RTV-2 silicone Liquid  is generally named as two-part room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which features exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed with 2-3% curing agent, they can still be operated within 30-40 minutes, but will be formed after 4-6 hours. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Good flow ability and long working time

2. Excellent performance for duplication

3. High tear and tensile strength

4. Easy de-mould from complex replica parts

5. Acid and alkali-resistance

6. Low linear shrinkage

USING INSTRUCTION

1-Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B catalyst  and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly in the container stirring and making sure not to incorporate air..

2-vacuum pumping may be applied
3-Pouring into a mold or block mold of silicone rubber
The pouring way is an easy way such as a long treacle to fill molds, it’s slowly . Allow to set.

HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT Odourless and non-toxic with a simple 1:1 mixing ratio. Forms a strong, tough, flexible and elastic yellow rubber that resists pouring temperatures of up to 370°C. The pot life is approximately 8-12 minutes and the cure time is 1-2 hours. There is practically no shrinkage (0.08%) and excellent reproduction of fine detail. Primarily used for the casting of low melt alloys for casting military figures, jewellery, model parts and dolls house accessories in lead/tin alloys or pewter. It can also be used for casting resins, waxes, plaster etc.

catalyst) that can be easily mixed and applied by hand  and it  is mixed in equal amounts (1A:1B) by volume/weight, it has a pot life of about 2-3 minute with a cure time of about 5-8 min at room temperature (73°F/23°C). Shrinkage is low and cured rubber is exceptionally strong (very high tensile strength), They also resist cure inhibition. It is also FOOD SAFE and can be used for culinary applications. 50ml cartridge pack

Silicone Color pigments

Original price was: £3.30.Current price is: £3.10.

Add to the silicone at a ratio of 2% to achieve vibrant colors. Color pigments can be added to both addition platinum cured and condensation tin-cured rubbers. The pigments are non-toxic and are suitable for use in rubber that will contact both food and skin. Small amounts can be added to creat tones, the more pigment color strong. Multiple colors can be mixed to create custom colors.

Silicone Thixotrophic agents

Price range: £3.60 through £6.00

Silicone thickening liquid Silicone thickening liquid This product is suitable for both condensation/tin and addition/platinum silicones. It is a very potent thixotropic (thickening)  effect, typically in the range of 0.1-3% is required to get the desired consistency.  Consistency can range from viscous material for use with a brush or gel type for use with a spatula or hand. When used with tin/condensation cure silicone it can be added both before or after addition  of the catalyst. It is recommended you adjust the viscosity of silicone fluid before adding the catalyst so that pot life is not affected.  Intially unthickened material should be applied to mold taking care not to trap air. This will capture fine details of mold. Then more thickened material can be added to fill up mold. Ensure first layer is still wet before applying adding rest. .

Silicone Release Wax

Price range: £5.90 through £11.50

Wax in a solvent carrier liquid. For use  as surface coating/sealant of porous surfaces prior to taking a  two part silicone molds. It allows for easy release of silicone impression mold .  When casting resin into a silicone mould using a release agent will help prolong life of mold. Directions: Apply one to two coats allowing each coat to dry before applying the next More coats may be required for Porous materials such as wood, concrete and plaster etc Apply with a brush, or standard air gun/air brush or dip the item in the liquid.
