Product Description
The two materials dispensed via syringe are combined on a 1:1 ratio and mixed syringe tip until a uniform colour is achieved. It is easy to dispense easily directly into ear.
Mixing time: 30-45 seconds.
Setting time at body temperature: 3.5 minutes (less mixing time).
Supplied as a pair of 660g tubs - one blue (base) and one white (catalyst).
Shore hardness: 30
The two chemical components, which have no smell and are not harmful, can be combined easily with a ratio of 1:1. They have a low viscosity, allowing them to be used without needing to be processed in a vacuum chamber. The Silicone that has been treated is a slightly transparent beige or off-white color and is a highly flexible and elastic material with strong resistance to tension and tearin
It exhibits minimal shrinkage (0.1%) and can accurately replicate intricate details. This type of Silicone has a prolonged lifespan in moulds and boasts exceptional release capabilities. As a type of addition or platinum-cured Silicone, it maintains excellent dimensional stability and is resistant to deformation, ensuring a lasting shelf life.
Silicone liquid supplied with tin catalyst and thixotrophic additive to give optimum brush-on feature. This is a three-part kit comprised of a white base rubber; and catalyst when thoroughly mixed; a thixotropic additive that will thicken the liquid silicone making it suitable for applying with a brush or spatula to vicious consistency for making glove moulds .
Product is skin and food safe
For the platinum Catalyst system this can be added either liquid, however for the silicone tin catalyst system it should be added to base paste not the catalyst.
Use: to soften silicone molds. Only a small quantity is required.
Adding above 5% will start retarding the reaction giving a longer pot life and cure time
